A Fredericksburg Road Trip

If you want to get away from the big city and discover small-town Texas, this is the detour for you! We’ll take a relaxing 90-minute drive west of Austin, weaving our way through a string of small towns en route to Fredericksburg, a quaint city with a rich German heritage and the birthplace of World War II legend, Admiral Chester Nimitz. We’ll leave plenty of time for lunch at a traditional restaurant (think bratwurst, sauerkraut, and mustard) or modern eatery of your choice (at your own expense), and to explore downtown shops, museums, breweries, and galleries. Our Fredericksburg Road Trip provides a great window into Texas’ European history and an introduction to friendly Fredericksburg, all waiting to wish a warm “Willkommen, y’all.”

What an awesome tour. It was like visiting your brother in his town that he loves, and he takes you on a whirlwind tour and knows every single detail about the city. Joey knew where to get the best different drinks, food items, secret bars, codes to get in and everything in between. Thank you so much!!
